As construction continues, several projects in the area are underway.

Gas pumps have been installed at the street corner, as well.
Along with Sam’s, three restaurants have confirmed they will be opening near the store.
Hideaway Pizza, Whataburger and Raising Canes have all confirmed with the city of Owasso they will be opening stores.
Chelsea Levo, economic development director for the city, said recently Hideaway was the most recent announcement.
The restaurant will share a lot with Whataburger and will have rooftop seating.
Meanwhile, construction also continues on streets.
Work on North Owasso Expressway, from 129th northward to East 99th Street North, is nearly completed. Two southbound lanes are open and one northbound lane is open.
Construction on 129th is nearly completed as well, as cones block the only areas of the roadway that are still being completed.
The westbound lanes of 96th are completed and work continues on the eastbound lanes. Currently, access to CVS Pharmacy and the Windsor Lake neighborhood are blocked to traffic.
